A much beloved landmark and an iconic symbol of Boston's vibrant North End neighborhood, the Old North church is the oldest church in Boston and among the oldest in all of the United States. The fame of this building began on the night of April 18th, 1775 when the church sexton and vestryman climbed the steeple and lit two lanterns, a signal from Paul Revere that the British were marching to Lexington and Concord by sea across the Charles River and not by land.
Remember one of the oldest buildings in the United States and celebrate the role it played with this lapel pin!
